Tourist office
The 41st stage of the Via Francigena concludes at the Cathedral of Vetralla, a town located on the western side of the Cimini Mountains. The name “Vetralla” is believed to derive from the Latin expression “Vetus aula” (meaning “ancient place”) or perhaps “Vetus alia” (meaning “other old [city]”, in comparison to Viterbo).
At the City hall, located in Piazza Umberto I, 1, there is an infopoint that offers the following services:
- Restroom facilities.
- Sale and stamping of Credentials.
On Via Cassia Sutrina 10/1, which is a street parallel to the beginning of the 42nd stage of the route, you’ll find the extensive Pro Loco office of the town, which offers the following services:
- Restroom facilities.
- Consultation of publications and tourist material about the Via Francigena.
- Purchase and stamping of Credentials.
