The project “La Francigena e le Vie del Gusto in Tuscia”, supported by the Lazio Region, has today reached its closing event. This initiative brought together more than 60 organisations, including municipalities, public bodies, businesses and associations, to promote the tourism and cultural heritage of Tuscia.

On 15 December, the project’s closing event was held at Lazio Innova in Viterbo. The day gave participants, including municipal representatives and private-sector partners, the chance to meet and share reflections on the project’s progress and future prospects.

During the event, the results achieved and the challenges encountered were discussed, with a particular focus on promoting the area and showcasing its food and wine character. The importance of such initiatives for tourism and local culture was a central theme of the discussions.

Although the event marks the formal end of the project, there is a shared feeling among participants that the work done should continue. The hope is to keep alive the spirit of collaboration that has characterised “La Francigena e le Vie del Gusto in Tuscia” and its partners, continuing to promote and showcase this unique region.

The 15 December event is not just a farewell to a successful project, but also a bridge towards new opportunities for growth and collaboration for Tuscia and its people.
Thank you all!
